Cold Plunge Guidelines
- Always rinse for 2 minutes before plunging
- Enter slowly and control your breathing
- Exit immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell
Not recommended if pregnant or with cardiovascular concerns

- Times are guidelines — listen to your body
- You may sit or lie comfortably in the sauna
- Phones are welcome if you’d like music or a timer
